Male Robert Lewis Hunnings

Robert Lewis was born in December 1842 in North Carolina.1   Robert Lewis' father was Baldwin Halsey Hunnings and his mother was Sophia A Hooker.  His maternal grandparents were William Hooker and Mary Polly Bateman. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William W, Elihue W, John Eustus, Henry, James, Mary Ann and Sabrina.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.
