Female Carmela "Rosie" Gualtieri

Carmela "Rosie" was born on July 15th, 1928 in Rome, NY.1   Carmela "Rosie"'s father was Carmelo Gualtieri and her mother was Giovanna Juana Griffo.  Her paternal grandparents were Francesco (Frank) Gualtieri and Felica Stillitano; her maternal grandparents were Domenico Griffo and Domenica Posca. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Frank (Hank), Dominick Mario (Kootzi), Joseph G., Rosario, Felicia, Mary D and Maria (Mannie).  She was the youngest of the eight children.  She died  due to cancer at the age of 78 on January 12th, 2007 in Sherrill, Oneida, New York.1
