Male John Alexander Greenwell

John Alexander was born on August 19th, 1808 in St. Mary's Co., MD.1   John Alexander's father was Philip Greenwell and his mother was Mary Ford.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Greenwell and Eleanor Abell. He had four sisters named Jane, Ellen A.,, Ann Caroline and Mary Ann.  He was the second oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Thomas Cadeen and Lucretia.  He died at the age of 50 in 1858 in St. Mary's Co., MD.2
