Male John Greenwell

John was born on August 19th, 1801 in St. Mary's Co., MD.1   John's father was John Philip Greenwell and his mother was Rebecca Hopewell.  His paternal grandparents were Charles Greenwell and Eleanor Abell. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Charles, Philip, Joseph W., Elizabeth, Ann H., Jane, Ellen A., Rebecca and Eleanor Causine.  He died at the age of 49 on November 2nd, 1850 in St. Mary's Co., MD.2
