Elizabeth Swan Greenwell

Elizabeth Swan was born in 1802 in St Marys, St Mary's, Maryland, United States.¹ Elizabeth Swan's father was Thomas Greenwell and her mother is Mary Milburn Simmons. Her paternal grandfather was Philip Greenwell and her paternal grandmother is Mary Manning Greenwell. She had two brothers and a sister, named Able Simond, Joseph Kirkley and Alathea. She was the youngest of the four children. She had six half-brothers named Philip, Samuel, Lewis, William Frances, Thomas James and William Francis. She died at the age of 7 in 1809 in St Marys, St Mary's, Maryland, United States.¹
