Rudolph Frances Dowdy

Rudolph Frances was born on August 28th, 1907 in North Carolina.¹ Rudolph Frances' father was Rudolph H Dowdy and his mother was Lorena Mae Willis. His paternal grandparents were Harmon Hoyt Dowdy and Louvenia Susan McCotter; his maternal grandparents were Samuel W Willis and Cenia Frances Scott. He had a brother and two sisters, named Douglas Huske, Dorothy Cecile and Dortha C. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 32 on August 16th, 1940 in Morehead Township, NC. He was buried in August 1960 in Bayview Cemetery, Morehead City, NC.²²
