James Currie

James was born in 1763 in Augusta, Virginia, United States. James' father was James Currie and his mother was Catherine Beveridge. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named Benjamin, Robert, Margaret, Jennet Beveredge, Jannett, Catherine, Sarah, Susannah, Rebecca and Mary. He was the seventh oldest of the eleven children.
