Female Virginia E Cooper

Virginia E was born about 1908 in Maryland.1   Virginia E's father was Joseph Walter Cooper and her mother was Mary E Cooper.  Her paternal grandparents were James Cooper and Henrietta Joy. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named James A, Robert E, John M, Henry O, Paul, Howard, Carl, Ray, Virgin and Olive.  She is the fifth oldest of the eleven children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Joseph B, May R and Maggie B.
