John Christ

John was born about 1860 in Iowa.¹ John's father was John Christ and his mother was Catherine Chintz. His paternal grandmother was Ann M Christ. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Joseph Antonie, Joseph Martin, John, Regina, Louisa and Anna F. He was the fifth oldest of the seven children. He had four half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Gustav Rudolph, Adam, Gustav A, Edward, Kate, Lenna, Anna, Bertha, Ida and Lizzie.
