Male William Josua Caway

William Josua was born on December 17th, 1892 in North Carolina.1   William Josua's father was Gideon Wells Caraway and his mother was Ann Bryan (Molly) Silverthorne.  His paternal grandparents were Joshua Caraway and Nancy Martin; his maternal grandparents were William Washington Sr Silverthorne and Annie Elizabeth Saunders. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Lloyd Lee, Loyd S, Charlie Grayon, Nancy, Ida L and Martha.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 94 on December 25th, 1986 in Oriental, Pamlico, North Carolina, United States.2
