Male Joseph Carraway

Joseph was born on November 8th, 1739 in Craven Co. NC.1   Joseph's father was James Carraway and his mother was Ann Carraway?.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 68 in 1807 in Craven, North Carolina, United States.1
