Male Edward Carraway

Edward was born about 1698.1   Edward's father was John Carraway and his mother was Elizabeth Cannon.  His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Ann Kemp; his maternal grandparents were Edward Cannon and Elizabeth Martin. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, Elizabeth, Ann and Sarah.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died in 1723.1
