Male Bedreadon Carraway

Bedreadon was born in 1742 in Craven Co. NC.1   Bedreadon's father was John Carraway and his mother was Margaret Keeling.  His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Elizabeth Cannon; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Keeling and Elizabeth Lovett. He had four brothers and a sister, named Henry, Thomas, John, Adam and Elizabeth Ann.  He was the youngest of the six children.  He died about 1820 in Cumberland Co., NC.
