Female Virginia Bell

Virginia was born in November 1886 in District of Columbia.1   Virginia's father was Thomas Spencer Bell and her mother was Rosa J Wise.  Her paternal grandparents were William Hamilton Bell and Mary E Greenwood; her maternal grandmother was Virginia A Wise. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Lawrence F, Lawrence Spencer, Blanch B, Nellie E and Mary H.  She was the second oldest of the six children. She had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Lawrence, Thomas Gordon, Thomas, Gladys and Gladys E.
