Francis E Abell

Francis E was born about 1908 in Maryland.¹ Francis E's father was George E Abell and his mother was Emma A. Bowles. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Frank Bowles and Mary Sophia Tippett. He had three brothers and three sisters, named George A, George D, William D, Maria J, Mary H and Mary L. He is the third oldest of the seven children.
