Thomas was born on February 7th, 1790 in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, , England.1   Thomas' father was Joseph Webster and his mother was Mary Brothers.  His paternal grandparents are Thomas and Sarah Russell; his maternal grandparents are Thomas Brothers and Elizabeth Clarke.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 70 on February 7th, 1860 in Offley, Hertfordshire, , England.1
