Thomas was born in 1584 in South Chard, Somerset, , England.1   Thomas' father was George Strong and his mother was Elizabeth Strong.  His paternal grandfather was John Strong and his paternal grandmother is Agnes Whitman. He had a brother named John.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 79 on May 12th, 1663 in Chardstock, Dorset, , England.1
