W.F. Weidman Fatally Injured as his Car Collides With Truck In Columbus Section
A main artery severed in his neck by flying glass. W.F. Weidman 62, pioneer rancher and farmer near Roberts died in a Columbus Hospital Wednesday, the victim of a highway crash near here Tuesday night.
Weidman's car collided with a heavily loaded hay truck and was hurled into the ditch. He was showered with broken glass from the windshield.
Weidman was en route to his farm home after meeting his wife and son upon their return from a visit with relatives in Butte.
