King Edward II was born on April 25th, 1284 in Caernarvon, Caernarvonshire,  Wales.1   King Edward II's father was King Edward I Plantagenet and his mother was Eleanor Of Castile.  His paternal grandparents were Henry III King Of England and Eleanor Berenger. He had a sister named Joan Acre Of.  He was the younger of the two children. He had a half-brother named John.  He died at the age of 43 on September 21st, 1327 in Berkeley, Gloucestershire, England.  He was buried in Gloucester Cathedral.2 1
