Michel was born in 1734 in Trois Rivera, Quebec, California, USA.1   Michel's father was Jean Bost Placet and his mother is Angelique Levnitte Richard.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 61 on January 21st, 1795 in , Sainte Genevieve, Missouri, USA.1
