Christen was born in 1705 in Skanderborg, Arhus, Denmark.1   Christen's father is Jens Mcolaysen and his mother is Karen Andersen.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 53 on January 19th, 1758 in Skanderborg, Arhus, Denmark.1
