James Hopkin

James was born in 1769 in Bilborough, Nottinghamshire, , England. James' father is Henry Hopkin and his mother is Hannah Pomfrey. His paternal grandparents are John Hopkin and Sarah Dishow. He was an only child. He died about 1814 in Smisby, Derbyshire, , England.

General Notes
- James was paying taxes on the public house that he owned in Smisby
  from 1811 to 1814. After that Lydia was paying the taxes. It would
  appear that he died somewhere close to that time.
