George Griswold

George was born on May 19th, 1633 in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, , England.¹ George's father was Edward Griswold and his mother was Margaret Hicks. His paternal grandparents were George Griswold and Dousabel Leigh. He had a brother and three sisters, named Francis, Sarah, Mary and Deborah. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 71 on September 3rd, 1704 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut, United States.¹
