Thomas was born in 1290 in Walton, East Riding, Yorkshire, England.1   Thomas' father was John Fairfax and his mother was Clarissa Scott.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Fairfax and Agnes De Sezevaux.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 59 in 1349 in ,,,England.1
