Samuel's father is Mawuwoe Komlan AMENYAH and his mother was Ami DOUTIANYI.  His paternal grandparents were Samuel AMENYAH and Ablavi KPADE. He had a brother and a sister, named Manuel and Akoélé.  He died at the age of 11.
