Jan Louis van Blerk

Jan Louis was born on September 22nd, 1962.  Jan Louis' father was Marthinus x van Blerk and his mother was Ada Annetta Hurley (van Blerk).  His maternal grandparents were <Unknown> and Maria Magdalena (Hurley). He had two brothers and a sister, named Adriaan Johannes, Marthinus and Maria Magdalen.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 52 on December 13th, 2014.
