Francois van Blerk 
Francois was born in 1897. Francois' father was Izak Jacob Joubert van Blerk and his mother was Jacoba Sophia Enslin (van Blerk). His paternal grandparents were Francois Petrus van Blerk and Carolina Johanna Barnadita Vorster (van Blerk); his maternal grandparents were John Enslin and Maggie (Enslin). He had three brothers and five sisters, named John Adrian Enslin, Izak Joubert, Pieter Enslin, Magrita Maria, Jemina Berendina, Georgina Fredrika, Louisa Botha and Jacoba Sophia. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 39 in 1936 in Naboomspruit.General Notes
