Rajjo's father is Bhimshankar Awasthi Badarka and her mother is Awasthi.  Her paternal grandparents are Late Shiv (Putana) swaroop Awasthi (Putanna) and Awasthi. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Amar Kishore, Sushil Kishore, late Nandini and Pinki.
