Herbert Edward was born on July 11th, 1901 in Marylebone, England, United Kingdom.1   Herbert Edward's father was Arthur ROWE and his mother was Annie Maria REYNOLDS.  His maternal grandparents were William REYNOLDS and Mary HOGG. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Arthur John, Arthur, John, Ernest, Joseph, Eunice Mary and Gladys.  He died at the age of 91 in June 1993 in Wandsworth, London, England.2
