Bethiah was born on January 3rd, 1662 in Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts Bay Colony.1   Bethiah's father was Capt. Paul Sears and her mother was Deborah Willard.  Her paternal grandparents were Richard Sears and Dorothy Jones. She had a brother and two sisters, named Paul, Lydia and Hannah.  She was the oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 62 on July 5th, 1724 in Chatham, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay Colony.1
