Mary was born in 1664 in Middlesex County, Virginia.1   Mary's father was Peter Massey and her mother was Lucelia Poindexter. She had five brothers named David, Matthew, Robert, John and Nelson.  She was the youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 56 in 1720 in Middlesex County, Virginia.1
