Zeledonio was born on February 2nd, 1712 in Logroño.1   Zeledonio's father was Josefa Ramirez (Iturriaga) and his mother was Diego Robres (Carrillo).  His paternal grandparents were Antonia Iturriaga and Ramirez; his maternal grandparents were Juana Carrillo and Manuel Robres.  He was an only child.
