General Notes
Lived first at Derby Road, Bertrams in Johannesburg but by one year old the family moved to the Lichtenburg diamond diggings - a town north of Joahnnesburg.
Returned to Johannesburg and lived at Gordon Road in Bertrams but later moved to 134A van Beek Street in Doornfontein, Johannesburg. In 1934 family moved again to 3A Terrace Road, Doornfontein.
Attended elementary school at Doornfontein School starting in 1935 - interrupted by a year at Meyerton College, a boarding school for unruly boys.
Started Form 1 at Athlone High School in 1941 matriculating in 1945.

Jack attended Witwatersrand Univerty in Johannesburg, South Africa full time from January 1946 for a college course in Medicine. He passed examinations in December 1953 and achieved a pass.

Jack's occupation was Medical Practioner full time in health care for Self, in Johannesburg, South Africa.
