Ruel Williams

Ruel was born on December 10th, 1840.¹ Ruel's father is James Williams and his mother was Joanna Oliver. His maternal grandparents were Ephrian Oliver and Anna Spinney. He had a brother and two sisters, named Oliver, Sarah and Nancy. He was the youngest of the four children. Ruel is no longer alive.
