Robert Spinney

Robert was born on June 26th, 1856 in St. George, New Brunswick. Robert's father was Joseph L. Spinney and his mother was Ann Jane Steen. His paternal grandparents were James S. Spinney and Martha (Anne) Lowe; his maternal grandparents are James Steen and Ruth Crozier. He had eight brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John, Gideon, George, Joseph, James, Fred, Melvin, Chester, Jane, Mary, Annie, Maggie and Spinney. He was the third oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 22 on July 27th, 1878 in Humbolt, California.
