Herman C. Spinney

Herman was born in 1862. Herman's father was Joseph Spinney and his mother was Elizabeth J. Brooks. His paternal grandparents were James Spinney and Nancy Libbey. He had two brothers and a sister, named Joseph, Joseph and Adrianna. He was the third oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 22 on June 27th, 1884.
