Harold Ellery Spinney

Harold was born on March 16th, 1883 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. Harold's father was Ellery Channing Spinney and his mother was Eliza Knight Cox. His paternal grandfather was William Newhall Spinney and his paternal grandmother is Charlotte Melinda Hack; his maternal grandparents are Samuel Cox and Elizabeth Phillips. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Robert, William, Frederick, Charlotte and Louise. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 89 on June 23rd, 1972 in Wilmette, Illinois.
