George A. Spinney

George was born on March 27th, 1853 in St. George, New Brunswick.¹ George's father was Nathaniel Spinney and his mother was Mary Lowe. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Spinney and Mary Catherine Troke. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named William, Stephen, Zebadiah, Zebalon, Shubal, George, Leberton, Sarah, Sarah, Catherine, Mary and Nellie. He was the nineth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 1 on May 31st, 1854 in Calais, Maine.¹
