Samuel Lane

Samuel was born on December 28th, 1750. Samuel's father was Maj John Lane and his mother was Hannah Dow. His paternal grandparents are Deacon Joshua Lane and Bathsheba Robie; his maternal grandparents were Deacon Samuel Dow and Mary Page. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Joshua, David, Joseph, Mary, Hannah and Comfort. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 61 in 1811.
