Levi Dow

Levi was born on December 27th, 1803. Levi's father was Levi Dow and his mother was Abigail Godfrey. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Dow and Comfort Brown; his maternal grandparents are Joseph Godfrey and Susannah Morrill. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, Jonathan, Susanna, Sarah, Comfort, Nancy, Abigail and Eliza. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 85 on December 5th, 1889.

General Notes
- Levi's farm was assessed at $1,500 in 1850. He eventually moved to Canterbury, New Hampshire. His family became considerable land owners and figure frequently in the History of Canterbury.
