Flora (Ruthie) Ruth Dow

Flora, known as Ruthie, was born on May 7th, 1922. Ruthie's father was Harlow (Harley) Eugene Dow Sr and her mother is Mildred Flynn. Her paternal grandparents were Harry Lee Dow and Susie May Hathaway. She had three brothers named Harley, Billy and Ricky. She had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Ralph, Sonny, June, Eleanor, Shirley, Peggy and Sue. She died at the age of 75 on June 24th, 1997.
