Richard Starnes

Richard was born about 1902 in Texas.¹ Richard's father was John William Starnes and his mother was Amanda Elezabeth Brandon. His paternal grandfather was Newton J. Starnes and his paternal grandmother is Martha Jane. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Henderson T, Will, Alberta and Thelma. He is the second oldest of the five children.
