Newton L Starnes

Newton L was born in January 1890 in Arkansas.¹ Newton L's father was Newton J. Starnes and his mother is Martha Jane. His paternal grandparents were Rial Starnes and Calantha E. He had three brothers and five sisters, named James R., John William, David C., Mary E., Artminda, Lauella, Rosetta F and Margaret J. He is the seventh oldest of the nine children.
