Julie Ramsay

Julie was born about 1864 in North Carolina.¹ Julie's father was Henry Ashton Ramsay and her mother was Julia White Cook. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Rufus Ramsay and Caroline Henry Ashton. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Henry Harry, Armistead M, Martha and Margaret Key. She is the second oldest of the five children.
