Male Joseph C. Newman

Joseph C. was born about 1846 in Alabama.1   Joseph C.'s father was William Newman and his mother is Mary M "Polly" Arnett.  His paternal grandfather was James Newman. He had three brothers and six sisters, named William D, Seaborn M, Samuel L, Sarah, Mary Jane, Malinda, Martha F, Susan R and Isabella S.  He is the seventh oldest of the ten children.
