Engelbert I Von Sponheim

Engelbert I was born in 1045 in Kaernten, Austria. Engelbert I's father was Siegfrid Von Sponheim and his mother was Richardis Lavent. His paternal grandparents were Everhard Von Sponheim and Hedwig Von Nellenburg; his maternal grandparents were Engelbert von Pusterthal and Luitgard de Istria. He had two brothers and a sister, named Hermann von, Stephen Von and Richgard von. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 51 on April 1st, 1096 in Karnten, Austria, Austria.
