Male William Hancock

William was born in 1822 in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, , England.  William's father is Robert Hancock and his mother is Ann Richardson.  His maternal grandparents were William Richardson and Jane Hart. He has two brothers and two sisters, named Robert, James, Mary Ann and Elizabeth.  He is the oldest of the five children.
