Yolande was born in 1275 in Flanders, Morris, . Yolande's father was Robert III Count Of Flanders and her mother was Yolanda de Burgundy. Her paternal grandparents were Guy count of Flanders de Dampierre and Matilda of Bethune. She had a brother and two sisters, named Louis I Count of, Jeanne of and Mathilde of.
