Ferdinand Fernandez

Ferdinand was born on March 25th, 1225 in Cuenca, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. Ferdinand's father was Fernando Alfonsez and his mother was Elisabeth von Hohenstaufen. His paternal grandparents were Alfonso The Slobberer and Berengaria Berenguela de Castilla. He had two brothers and a sister, named Alfonso, Fadrique Frederick and Leonor. He was the third oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Fernando and Eleanor. He died at the age of 18 in 1243.
