Ray Darden

Ray was born on August 17th, 1890 in Denver, CO.¹ Ray's father was William Darden and his mother was Martha (Mattie) Elizabeth Diamond. His maternal grandparents were William Jackson Diamond and Elizabeth L Mitchell. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Willie, William, Walter, Gussie, Onia and Beulah. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 73 on January 11th, 1964 in Cheyenne, WY. The funeral was arranged by Chapel of The Chimes Funeral Home. He was buried on January 14th, 1964 in Beth El Cemetery, Cheyenne, WY.²
